Spoiled Brat is a glam / hard rock band from Florida, USA, that was active in the 80s.Please do not confuse with another Hair Metal band from the 80's Spoiled Brat from the Reading Pa.The songs on YouTube feature photos of this second group, which played in a completely different line-up and whose frontman was Tracy Lee Smith.

Rarity album from the eighties, “Hot To Trot“, the 1984 private release of hard rockers SPOILED BRAT. The album was available on LP vinyl and cassette only. This CD reissue is a bootleg, as the record never has been officially reissued.There was at least other hard rock act named SPOILED BRAT, this one hailed from sunny Florida, and their style was punchy glam metal, hard rockin’ heavy akin early Keel, Black N’ Blue, the heavier side of Ratt, songs with big hooks and catchy choruses.The driving force behind SPOILED BRAT were guitarist Lawrence Rambo (his actual last name! who also financed the recording & release of “Hot To Trot”) and distinctive lead vocalist Frank DiCaro (Franky Dee), originally from New York.While in NY DiCaro was in a band with a young Vito Bratta, and in other with Ted Poley from Danger Danger.They were all friends and played alongside local legends Twisted Sister and Zebra, to name a few. Then he moved to Florida and joined SPOILED BRAT.SPOILED BRAT played all the South East area, and got the chance to open for Night Ranger and Blue Oyster Cult, among others. Despite being on a budget “Hot To Trot” is pretty well produced, and as said, the songs are darn infectious.
