In January 2009, came to us in a bar with the idea to start a band. From the pub was a rehearsal room and the idea was serious.The band name "Goitzsche Front" attracts, shows close to home and a perfect fit for us. The home is shown by the part "Goitzsche". It is an open pit flooded in Bitterfeld-Wolfen, where we come from. "Front" shows that we are always one another, true to our motto: "It is the cohesion that makes us strong."First, we coverten songs they were worth. After everyone was sure in his field, it came to his own songs with punk rock influences. The inspiration came here from bands like "Berliner Weisse", "Elvis Presley" or "Lost Boys". Our first small appearances among friends were not long in coming.Inspired by the dream of our own record, we went into the studio in April 2012. Ten original songs were selected and performed within 4 weeks next job, training and study. "Music is my blood" was born. The recognition of friends and family, as well as various reviews showed that the hard work, countless hours in the rehearsal room, excessive coffee consumption and the associated sleepless nights have paid off.After one or another personnel change we rock since the beginning of 2013 as follows: Bocki (Singer / Songwriter), snowhunter (bass guitar), TT (drums) and Maxi (guitar).Meanwhile, we have presented our songs in many parts of Germany. Also, some festivals such as the "Spreewald Rock Festival", the "Back on the Streets Festival", "nine years Glorious scoundrels" or "20 years KrawallBrüder" we can shake the stage. Once tasted blood, let us also in 2014, the festival stages storm.
Album:
Goitzsche front present "... from the ashes" their new album. It contains 14 tracks, has a running time of 46 minutes, and appears at KB-Records.The German rock band from Bitterfeld delivers with "... of Ruins" from their second album and ignites at me right from the first song which starts after the intro. "The ax from the province" is a song with the motto "We're back" and expresses the same times every nerve pathways in the right direction. And luckily the thread through the whole album - a fat sound and rich melodies determine here the action. For the further entitled "Goitzsche Front", "Old hardness, gloss age", "as young as today" or of course the famous "rocks The East !!!" feature matching texts - direct, honest, authentic and always with the you may have. We should not forget the title to which is also doing a video was released, "Four Aces" - probably the einprägendste and catchy-lastigste track of the album. In the ballad "Human" it's about not losing the ground under their feet. You should be getting better and the best, regardless of losses - but everyone makes mistakes and that's a good thing!The track is also good to get a break from the noisy, fast tracks; because with "words like poison", "New Era" or "feet up, beer at" waiting for the next slaps on you! Songs about the future, miser or the deserved leisure time! Speaking after work, which is namely "As long as my heart is still beating" heralded and then with a ballad version of 'rocks The East !!! "rounded!Before I come to my conclusion, I have a few words of praise ausprechen, because I have also 2 years ago with the debut album "Music is my blood" busy and have to say that the four musicians have taken a huge step forward. Convince not only musically, lyrically and vocally as well Goitzsche front! Add to easily spoken, slow parts Bockis voice sounds similar to that of Joggl (Untouchable). And the guitar work that I love about the song "Four Aces" (especially in the chorus) and "Words like poison" particularly good! Here I can imagine the face of Maxi onstage me already - keep it up!All in all, the band as a whole provides a very good album from which are purely draw fans of bands like KrawallBrüder or untouchable! My Anspieltipps is very clear, "Four Aces", "Old hardness, gloss Age" and "For the money in the world". Flash in the pan? One can safely forget - keep it up!
