Shotgun Alli is a Glam Hard Rock band from Watchung, New Jersey active in years 1992-1996.Band featuring Faron Fox - Vocals; Pete Fry - Guitar; Jimmy Preziosa - Bass; Tom Doud - Drums. Shotgun Alli recorded one 5 song cassette-only demo in 1993-94 with Scott Metaxas (Prophet) producing and Eric Herreid engineering. Their sound had a variety of influences from Danger Danger, Badlands, Dokken, Whitesnake, etc. but as this was going out of vogue in the mid-90's with the arrival of the flannel invasion they were unsuccessful in their attempts to get signed to a major. The band continued to play mainly covers at various clubs/bars around New Jersey up until 1996 when they decided to call it quits. Tom still runs Earthquake Studios in Watchung, NJ playing with area bands and giving drum lessons; Jimmy went on to join the Godsmack-influenced band Dropbox; Pete continues to work on original material and is currently with FarCry (current release: "High Gear" on Kivel Records), prior to that Pete was with RocKarma (current release: "Bring It!" on Kivel Records in the US, Spiritual Beast in Japan); and Faron's whereabouts are unknown.

Awesome glam/hard rock band in the vein of Cinderella, Tora Tora, Etc..Great bluesy hard rock tune from a band that should have been signed to a bigger label.We only did the one pressing with all 5 songs, but the fifth song “Fly” was recorded after the initial four songs with Metaxas, and was self-produced. We just decided to add it right before pressing as an unlisted “bonus track”.
