The Barque of Dante are a Melodic Power Metal band from Sichuan, China, founded in 2004.They have released two albums; ‘Paean for Hero’ in 2005 and ‘Final Victory’ in 2009, the production of which was disrupted by the Sichuan earthquake of 2008. Their latest single “Way of Your Life” was released October 15th 2011, featuring vocalist Thomas L. Winkler.
