Excellent debut by ESSEX and a great mix of hard rock with a little heavy metal! Of course i´d prefer the metal influences out of the picture ,but i must admit that it doesnt bother me, as ESSEX do it pretyy good!all the songs are fine and especially "time stood still","someday someway","crying" and "time holds the answer"!this one deserves its place in every hard rock collection.Musically solid as a rock with a whole bunch of melodic gems. 'Someday - Someway' is awesome melodic hard rock, 'If Looks Could Kill' is even better, 'Time Stood Still' is a mid-tempo melodic gem, 'Crying' is awesome melodic hard rock, and overall it's a very good album. Any fan of Melodic Hard Rock/Metal will enjoy this. For some reason, this reminds me of the band Wild Horses.Awesome! Album Recorded At – PWS-Studio...Mastered At – DMS, Marl.
