Great melodic Australian band.Album "Supersonic" (2005).Vocalist Jason Old has been performing professionally for over 15 years as a lead singer/ guitarist for many well known cover bands. Including The Stealers, Hype, 2120, Chill averaging 3 nights a week. Jason is also a singer/songwriter who signed a 2 album record deal with Japanese label art union with the melodic rock band Square One.International tour supports include Toto, Hanson, and Eric Martin of Mr. Big. Jason has performed backing vocals for various artists including Black Majesty and Judith Duram. Also appearing on the theatrical release of virtually yours the musical.

This album has the typical ingredients to be huge if we are talking about the modern sound of rock(at first glance,sounds like a boysband but playing their own instruments)but honestly this album not only rocks but also has some hints of,may i say,modern AOR sound too!!,here and there...Pop Rock/Modern Rock could be easyly the label of the band but adding some "escapes" of Melodic Rock/AOR too..anyway to the tracks!..."Tonight" opens nicely,a good song to start an album with,"Sweet September" is a highlight,"Hazy" nice,"Colour Me Blue" apart from being my personal fave,it has that "AOR" sound in it,"Supersonic" is another good shot,"Rock'n'Roll Hysteria" is a pretty cool song (part of the lyric says..."Metallica is on you car stereo...","Take Me Away" is one of the bonus and is a highlight song...89/100..i guess this one could be appealing only if you are an open minded person...
