Bio:

Switerzland/Germany/Spain Hard Rock Band , they have one release called Boys Will Be Boys (1991).EMERGENCY arrived a bit too late to the European Melodic Hard Rock scene as their rockin' "Boys Will Be Boys" CD saw the light in 1993, but well worth the wait considering the quality on offer here.Things were delayed because the band leaded by guitarist Pierre Bordén didn't found the proper singer until they met talented Spanish-born Jose Antonio Manzano (Banzai, Niagara, Zero), a terrific shouter in the vein of David Coverdale.Though the band come from Basilea, Switzerland, the album was developed, recorded and produced in Germany, so it's not surprise that "Boys Will Be Boys" has a strong Teutonic MHR sound with sharp guitar flurries, a punchy rhythm section, profuse keyboard injections and catchy choruses also akin some Scandinavian acts like Treat.

José Antonio Manzano Albuixech - Spanish singer and composer of hard rock and heavy metal from Barcelona (1958-2019).José Antonio Manzano or simply Manzano (Barcelona, December 11, 1958-Basel, March 31, 2019) was a Spanish heavy metal and hard rock singer, a member of Banzai, among other bands. Since the late 1980s he worked alone as Manzano, in parallel to other projects. He had a son named David Cristian Manzano. He began his career with the Tebeo group, with whom he recorded two albums, Red Lips and Private Conversation, from 1980 and 1981 respectively. After this experience he joins Gold Tigers, then known simply as Tigers, then going through his best known band, Banzai, with whom he records Hard and Powerful (1984) and Alive N 'Screamin (1988); in the same way he records the album In the battle (1985) with the group Zero.In 1988 he released his first solo album, titled Manzano, followed by Red Hot the following year, and At the limit of passion, 1990. 27 years later, at Christmas 2017, he re-published a new work with the brief title of 4. The live presentations of the same, scheduled for 2018, are truncated by the resurgence of a colon cancer with which he had been fighting for some time and that he made public through a message through social networks and media specialized.Other shares of Manzano were Boys Will Be Boys of Emergency (1993), Niagara III of Niagara, with the Barcelona group Bruque, or again with Banzai, for the live and powerful live 2012.
