He is best known for being a guitarist of the Swiss hard rock band Krokus.

2 albums of this band Metal Marathon 1989 and More Metal Marathon 1992...In 2008 these albums were released as Mega Metal Marathon 2008 on two CDs and like Anniversary edition in 2010.When you first see these remix things and learn that it's not remixing the original song, but a unknown group/band/artists whatever doing these numbers, you'd probably think to dismiss it at first glance, but give it a go, this actually rocks!Of coarse some things seem out of place compared to the original, but this does rock, and I could see a lot of bands taking these mixes and doing them live, for both rock shows and party mixes.Give it a go if you can find it, it's actually a pretty good set of remixes!It's hard to believe, but it's been a whole 20 years since the first edition of the legendary medley collection ‘Metal Marathons’ saw the light of day in the rock world. Part 2, ‘More Metal Marathon’, followed in 1992. The opulent hard rock medley from Jürg Nägeli's rock forge in Solothurn not only caught on in Switzerland, but was also successful worldwide. To mark the 20th anniversary of a legendary idea, SonyBMG is now re-releasing ‘Mega Metal Marathon’ as an Anniversary Edition: presented in a sophisticated chrome package, both albums will be available in a box as ‘Mega Metal Marathon’ from 18 January. It contains all the mixes from the first album and its successor ‘More Metal Marathon’. Eight skilfully arranged medleys from well over 100 masterpieces of rock history are ingeniously interwoven and in some cases combined with their own small song parts. Every single track has been lovingly selected, re-recorded and brought to musical perfection.
