Fire At Dawn began with Ross and Brad.After being contacted by Dan Picknell, they both were set to start a new band, however Dan went on to other opportunities. Ross and Brad decided to start a new band with musicians they knew.Lawrence, who knew Brad, was interested in doing something musical and joined straight away.Victoria, who Ross met through a friend, also joined. They met to discuss the formation of the band in October 2012 where is was decided to contact Alicia. Alicia left the band in August 2013 to pursue her own sound which is when Lloyd Entwistle completed the line up.After a new year of gigging, Lawrence left the band due to musical differences and we bid him fare well, shortly welcoming the new drummer Roman into the band.After a year and a half with FAD - it came time when the band and Lloyd split directions - although no longer with us - he is a valued member and will be missed and we wish him all the best in his future Introducing our new bassist, Paul McCamley! Work colleague and personal friend of Rome, he was recommended to the band and auditioned alongside a few other bassists and found he matched best for the position!Last but not least we introduce lead guitarist Russ Drummond into the fold, the brother of our drummer roman and also lead guitarist of essex metal band Raze The Void.Gigging across south essex since January 2013 the band have gathered quite a following. They are now taking time out to record their first EP and plan their global takeover!
