It all began in 2010, the year that Theresa came up with the idea to turn the learned guitar art into something like music together with other musicians. With drummer Kevin she finally found on a musician platform. So the two began with sweet 14 years to make music together.But, of course, it was not that much fun, so Daniel, a guitarist, soon came to see us. The Bluesrock band Heavy Fuel, with Eric Clapton, ZZ Top, Bob Dylan, and more, was formed by the band.Due to lack of samples, the project was put on hold in summer 2012.Theresa and Kevin decided, however, to continue to make music together.So it happened that Sebastian joined us in October. Having just moved to Germany, he was looking for new musicians with whom he could share his ideas. So we played first three, tried out, collected ideas.But the right cast was still missing.After unsuccessful testing and many odd acquaintances, we finally found Jan, a guitarist and bassist, who was to play bass in the future.A few days later, Theresa came across a photograph of a guy in a fur coat who looked a little bizarre but also talented. It turned out that he could even sing. Gregor completed the quintet in January 2013.Finally, we started to write songs and look for gigs.On the 6th of December 2013, Jëdeye's first gig at the Youth House in Bingen.All were furiously excited, but the gig was better than we could ever have dreamed of. A great reception in the music world with new acquaintances, gig sets and people, who not only liked our music, but also wanted to see us again.Jëdeye is born.After the first 3 years, Jëdeye finally had to say goodbye to Jan, their longtime bassist. His position now assumes James, who does not allow the other by his motivation and creativity a quiet minute in songwriting.
