Musician, producer & editor.Karl has a fast growing fanbase in the youtube community.He has over 24,000 subscribers and over 4 million views on his collection of videos that vary from covers, lessons and originals. He is also known for his worldwide collaborative videos with musicians from different parts of the world.Karl is a talented, young guitarist who has played guitar proffesionally for over 5 years.He has played hundreds of gigs with many different original, function and cover bands/artists. Over recent years Karl has developed into a session guitarist,producer & video editor working for many different artists and also teaches guitar in East London and Guildford. Recently he has been working with various up and coming artists such as KITDAFOS and Daniel Gordon. Over the last few months Karl has been buidling his own home studio and has started recording, filming & editing footage of different artists for his Youtube playlist 'Golden Sessions'. He has also been working on a solo project working with former Zalinski singer/songwriter Andrew Lee Bowen and lead singer Gizla from The Dreamkillers.From 2004 Karl spent 4 years studying music at the Academy Of Contemporary Music (ACM) in Guildford gaining a Diploma, Higher Diploma and Degree in Contemporary Popular Music. Karl was taught by some amazing tutors which he conciders to be good friends such as Jamie Humphries, Giorgio Serci, Pete Friesen and Dave Kilminster. During his time studying he found that being around so many talented musicans was extremely inspiring and helped him really develop his own style of playing not only in the studio but in live situations. Karl joined many different bands in and outside of ACM over the years of studying where he would gig regularly and feed his love of performing.Karl joined his first originals Rock band Zalinski in 2007. With Zalinski Karl played at some great venues in London such as The O2 Academy in Islington, Nambucca, The Purple Turtle, Proud and The Barfly in Camden, they also supported 'Pete Doherty at The Rhythm Factory in January 2010. While working with Zalinski Karl helped record and self-produce their debut EP 'Actions, Reactions & Misunderstandings' in October 2009 which was released worldwide on CD and through online digital distribution such as Itunes, Amazon and Spotify. The band unfortunately split up in the summer of 2010 due to artistic differences.In 2009 Karl did session work for Bluey Robinson on BBC Radio One, playing electric guitar on his debut single 'I Know' . He also performed an acoustic version of it on ITN music. He also played guitar for Bluey at a few London dates and performed a few showcases in Paris, France. Bluey Robinson recently signed to Sony RCA, having spent the past 12 months building up tremendous buzz, which was born on the internet as a result of viral YouTube videos featuring him singing on tube systems around the world.
