Plastic Tears was founded by singer Miqu December along with Tommy Lords, Timo Diamonds and Velze Valentine.The band has had it’s up and downs and the line-up has seen many changes since that. Plastic Tears today is Miqu December, Eco Xtasy, Marc Sonic and Andy Whitewine. The first official release by the band was the “Velvet Flame” single released through Megamania Records in 1994. The debut album “Stranded in Rock’n’Roll” saw the light of day in 2000. Around 2000 the band split up for a couple of years, but now the band has recorded a new album “Nine Lives Never Dies” that is released on September 23rd 2009 on Propaganda Records.
