Grimskull is an old school heavy metal band and was founded in 1989 and found its name in the summer of 2009.Their first demo album was recorded in 2009, leading up to their debut full-length studio album, "Monster Master," in 2012. In 2013, Grimskull collaborated with Blaze Bayley (formerly of Iron Maiden and Wolfsbane) on the single "Iron Eyes."Grimskull exemplifies Norwegian heavy metal, drawing inspiration from iconic bands like Iron Maiden and Metallica. This power trio combines their talents to produce music reminiscent of the heavy metal heyday of the 1980s.The band was started in the late '80s, and went through a lot of line-up changes and names (which aren't known) until Marita joined on bass in 2009, and they became Grimskull. They released their first EPs in 2002 and 2004, and their first full-length album in 2009.
