Sirius is a heavy/power metal band from Athens, Greece formed by D.Napas in the middle of 2007. 10 years later, on the 2nd of December 2017, Wings of Fire, the band's debut EP was released. The road was very successful so far with many live appearances! In August 2019 the band released an acoustic version of the song "The Last Angel" and their first videoclip was born! Stay tuned for more.After numerous lineup changes and many live shows, the band now consists of: Dimitris Napas - Vocals, Rhythm/Lead guitar Dimitris Stathopoulos - Rhythm guitar Dimitris Simiakos - Bass Nick "Yngve" Samios - Drums.The debut EP "Wings of Fire" was released in 2017 and at the moment the band is about to release its first full length album A Quest For Life (2024).

Sirius is back once again, ready to deliver one helluva album in the metal genre this year." A Quest for Life" is the first full-length album of the band and the title includes everything. With the great help of their producer, sound engineer, David Prudent at the Made in Hell Rehearsal and Recording Studios, the album was recorded, mixed and mastered by his own hands. The sound is huge, the clarity and warmth is present and no triggers, A.I.'s etc were included. "A Quest for Life" is a mixture of all the things that Sirius represent throughout their carreer so far. They prove to be one of the hottest acts in the heavy/power metal genre and don't dissapoint those who wait and follow the band all these years. Catchy choruses, anthemic songwriting, unstoppable riffing by the twin guitars of Napas and Stathopoulos, devastating rhythm section by Simiakos and Samios and everything else that represents the pure metal way that comes straight from their heart. The album concept talks about our journey through different times of our lives. All songs have the same denominator. How actions affect ourselves and the concequences we have on others. The things we want to tell but are held deep inside. The sacrifices we make for the ones we love.Some songs on the album also touch other subjects thematically. Like "Desdichado" which is based on the historical novel "Ivanhoe" by Sir Walter Scott and describes the journey of a man for redemption. Others are in the fantasy sphere but the concept remains the same.
