Nightbound is a Heavy Rock band from Paraguay, formed in Asuncion in 2018 by Arianna Cuenca (Bass and Vocals) and Mike Martínez (Guitars) currently the band is completed by Monse Diamond (Drums) and Dario Aquino (Guitars).The band was born with the intention to create an unique identity blending the heaviness and raw power of their guitars with the melodic phrasing and sweet tone of Arianna's vocals.Nightbound is now promoting their first full lenght called "The Night Is Calling" with 9 songs in 32 minutes of classic heavy metal/hard rock which is already available on all streaming services, and will be released on cd format by the label Dies Irae very soon."The Night Is Calling" reflects the variety of influences from the band ranging from classic 80s hard rock in songs like "Golden Years" and "Diamond Skyline" to pure heavy metal like in "Bound For Victory" and "Rider Of Doom" even speed metal moments like in "Guillotine" and a power ballad in "Burn The Night".Right now Nightbound is on tour promoting the new album which was released on January 11th of 2024 on Spotify/Deezer/Itunes.The band also has a 5 song EP released in 2019 called "Nightbound" (Awakening Records) which gained excellent reviews on the international heavy rock press.
