Bio:

Bad Company are a British rock supergroup formed in Westminster, London in 1973 by two former Free band members – singer Paul Rodgers and drummer Simon Kirke – as well as Mott the Hoople guitarist Mick Ralphs and King Crimson bassist Boz Burrell. Peter Grant, who managed the rock band Led Zeppelin, also managed Bad Company until 1982.Bad Company enjoyed great success throughout the 1970s. Their first three albums, Bad Company (1974), Straight Shooter (1975) and Run With the Pack (1976), reached the top five in the album charts in both the UK and US.Many of their singles, such as "Bad Company", "Can't Get Enough", "Good Lovin' Gone Bad", and "Feel Like Makin' Love", remain staples of classic rock radio.

Album:

Here Comes Trouble is the 10th studio album by the English hard rock band Bad Company, it would be the last studio album with Brian Howe as lead vocalist. The album was released in September 1992. The cover is an image by Mark Vincent of his young brother in front of a chopper. The title track received some airplay on classic rock radio, although "How About That" was the biggest single from the album, spending six weeks at the top of the Album Rock Tracks chart in the US.All songs written by Brian Howe and Terry Thomas, except where noted.ast with lead vocalist Brian Howe. The title track from this album received some major air play on Classic rock radio, although How About That was the biggest single from the album, spending six weeks at the top of the Album Rock Tracks chart. The Swansong of Brian Howe fronted Bad Company. While certainly not as good as the previous two releases as it contains more filler, this is still a decent release for me. How About That is good lyrically but lacks power I think; Stranger Than Fiction is definitely a winner for me and has a great chorus; Here Comes Trouble is another winner and could easily be taken off the previous two albums; Hold Onto My Heart is a workable ballad but misses the mark for me; Brokenhearted is another powerful rocker with catchy vocals; finally, My Only One is a Kirke sung synth-ballad, which works very well. As for the guitars, they definitely seem stuck in the 70s but then Mick Jones of Foreigner or Frankie Sullivan of Survivor weren't exactly known for their shredding either and those bands had a lot of success around the same time as Bad Company with Brian Howe, so they don't sound too out of place to me. A good release but not essential like the previous two.

Album:

Supervised by founding member, legendary singer Paul Rodgers, BAD COMPANY has remastered their two seminal first albums, for the first time ever using the original tapes to create new Deluxe Editions. Both records influenced countless bands in Rock history, and remain as true staples of British Classic Rock."Straight Shooter Deluxe Edition 2CD Remastered" includes the newly remastered version of the original album, along with an extra CD featuring 13 previously unreleased tracks and the hard ro find B-side "Whiskey Bottle".The bonus material here includes a two quite different versions of the absolute classic "Feel Like Makin' Love", a remix of "Good Lovin' Gone Bad" with alternative guitar and vocals tracks, a stripped-down version of the excellent "Shooting Star", and together with alternate takes and mixes of other cuts, two lost gems never released before: "See The Sunlight" and "All Night Long".Bad Company released its second album Straight Shooter in April 1975, 40 years to the month of this new Deluxe Edition. The album rose to #3 on the U.S. album chart and was certified 3x platinum behind the hit singles "Feel Like Makin' Love" and "Good Lovin' Gone Bad" as well as the rock radio staple "Shooting Star".Guitarist Mick Ralphs revealed that "Shooting Star" (which told the story of a rock star who died early) was lyrically inspired by the drug and alcohol-related deaths of Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, and Jim Morrison. This "Straight Shooter Deluxe Edition 2CD Remastered" not only features a huge number of previously unreleased tracks, but the great "Straight Shooter" original record sounding in all its glory.Including the mega-hit "Feel Like Makin' Love" (a song covered by more than 150 artists), "Straight Shooter" and Bad Company self-titled debut defined in many ways the British Rock sound & style of an era.

Album:

A new “secret” Bad Company live CD and DVD set taken from their most recent tour has gone on sale exclusively at Walmart.Bad Company Live at Red Rocks contains 14 songs from a May 15, 2016, stop on the band’s U.S. tour with Joe Walsh. Co-founding original member Mick Ralphs, regular band sideman Howard Leese and touring guest Rich Robinson are all credited on guitar, though Ralphs withdrew prior to the tour and later suffered a stroke from which he’s still recovering. You can see the album's cover art and track listing below. There were few other details provided by Walmart’s website, but Bad Company Live at Red Rocks – which is currently available in stores – had already started creating a buzz.“I couldn't find anything listed online about it, but I am a big Paul Rodgers fan, so I scooped it up," a poster at the SteveHoffman.tv music forum reported. "You couldn’t tell from the packaging but this one has both Rich Robinson of the Black Crowes and the customary Howard Leese on guitars. I guess this was recorded after Mick Ralphs’ health problems arose."Ralphs has been part of every major incarnation of the group, going back to Bad Company's 1973 founding. He hailed the arrival of Robinson, who in turn said he grew up loving their music. "I've been a big fan of Paul Rodgers and his work throughout his career, from Bad Company and beyond," Robinson said last year. "Simon Kirke is one of my all-time favorite drummers. To be able to play with Paul and Simon is such an honor.”
