Bio:
Robby LeBlanc is a World Class Vocalist, Guitarist.Singer in bands Blanc Faces, Find Me, East Temple Avenue.Robbie (and his brother Brian) have been singing and playing instruments since age 3. Robbie's first influences (besides his dad always singing and playing the guitar) were Trini Lopez and the Beatles. Shortly after, the influences were bands like Creedence Clearwater Revival and Grand Funk Railroad. Robbie's first break in the music business came when he met Rock and Roll Hall Of Famer Felix Cavaliere of The Rascals in CT. Felix produced the album "Fury" with a slew of great musicians in a CT studio. After the album disappeared from the charts, Robbie signed with a management company that had Michael Bolton ties and the duo recorded at least four albums worth of material at Michael's CT studio. It still failed to generate a record deal. When that deal ended about three years later, Robbie dropped a DAT tape in Arif Mardin's mailbox in CT. Arif called the next day and a deal with Atlantic Records was on the table. One hurdle to go, a showcase with the new Atlantic regime. Again, it proved disappointing, so no deal. At the suggestion of a friend, a CD was sent to Frontiers Records and the two Blanc Faces records were done in 2005 and 2009. Robbie then signed on to sing with the Find Me project, which has received some great reviews on all three releases. Robbie also sings lead vocals in a band called East Temple Avenue, which had its first release in 2020.

Album:
One year after the sumptuous Seduction Of The Innocent, the insatiable Frédéric SLAMA (AOR, CHASING VIOLET) returns with The Scarlet Touch. Same musical direction and, above all, same musicians, same passion, same desire to bring to life the AOR that I love. The great Robbie LaBLANC (FIND ME, BLANC FACES, VITALINES) on vocals and the hyper-talented Tommy DENANDER (RADIOCATIVE, PRISONER, TALK OF THE TOWN, Chris OUSEY, OZONE, IMPERA) on guitars and drums are there! Frédéric took care of the compositions and production with Tommy. Let's not forget that our ‘Frenchie’ plays guitar and keyboards. He is an accomplished and complete artist who has been delighting me for so many years. The cover art is in the same vein, with the same slightly futuristic feel, suggesting that the album will follow the same path as in 2025. I have no doubt about it; I know that quality and enjoyment will be there. There's no mystery about it, BLUE AMBITION is clearly inspired by the same thing and heading in the same direction towards a polished, meticulous AOR sound. After listening to it several times carefully, because Frédéric's music needs time to reveal all its tricks and subtleties, I find this album more ‘West Coast’. I'm tempering my words, because there is still a strong foundation in AOR, the FM rock of the eighties. I was struck by the arrangements, the extremely refined touches on the keyboards and the importance given to Tommy DENANDER's guitar. His freedom, if I may say so, is a blessing, and above all, Frédéric humbly gives him the space to express his knowledge and talent as a guitarist. Robbie backs him up with all the class I know he has. What a smooth, clear and pure voice. A great like Jimi JAMISON or Fergie FREDERIKSEN who elevated the songs. The first single, In Love With A Shadow, is beautifully mixed and produced. The instruments are each in their place, the sound is sparkling. The melody flows naturally. Tommy and his heavenly guitar work wonders. I love this sound that sparkles, shines and transports me to another universe. The Swede's guitar elevates the melody to ‘three-star’ FM rock. The keyboard work on the melody is divine and exquisite. The album will be released on 20 March 2026 (Perris Records/Pride & Joy Music) and on 18 March in Japan (Marquee/Avalon) with two bonus tracks.
