Formed in early 2021, SLEEK is a Melodic Hard Rock band from Athens, Greece.They formed in 2021 by five enthousiasts of rock music who all just couldn't get enough...Currently, "Good Time Music", the Danish label proudly announces the addition of SLEEK to their growing roster!April 30th, 2025, marks the official release of Sleek’s debut album, "Still Hurts".

Great melodic debut album.Formed in early 2021 Sleek are a Melodic Hard Rock band from Athens Greece who are know for their electrifying live shows and raw stage energy. Sleek channels their deep love for classic hard rock into every performance. After lots of hard working hours full of inspiration,faith and devotion,the band decided to enter the recording studio and produce their debut album “Still Hurts” which consists of 9 tracks ,marking the first chapter into their rock journey.“Still Hurts” is a powerful opening track with powerful drums and bass with some crisp & punchy guitar work..”Tell Me” is a rich AOR track with the typical catchy chorus. complete with the harmonies.”Gold” with the deep bass line from the offset,a mid tempo offering with a more hard rock vibe,with varied vocals which at times lack the power to do the song justice.”Empty” begins with a ballad style with classical guitar touches,which lead to a more up tempo rock style track which blends together subtly and seamlessly.”Heavenly Skies” is a great nostalgic sounding AOR track with some nice guitar runs.”Friends” alternates between acoustic and electric guitar. changing tempo with some gentle,subtle piano touches,which lead to a powerful instrumental ending,with the strongest vocal performance on the album.”Snowstorm” again has acoustic flare,with a raw sound & vibe,in which I picture two friends jamming together at home or around a campfire with a couple of beers,a cool stripped back track.”Another Lie” has that late 70's rock feel with a little bit of a country vibe going on too,which has the right balance of acoustic and electric guitar,vocally very well delivered.”A Life In Chains” is a total u turn on previous tracks,a clever mash up of melodic rock meets punk/punk pop which Sleek pull off to produce a great track. Crunchier guitars & rhythm,a catchy addictive chorus ,a total surprise which I absolutely loved,a great end to the album.“Still Hurts” is a solid debut album from Sleek. I loved the way that they had the ability to change things up musically with their sound. Personally I thought the second half of the album was much better,soke of the vocals in the first few tracks were a bit weak lacking that killer punch. However as a young band they have time to grow and develop. Sleek have huge potential with this debut offering. a good album worth listening to.”Still Hurts” is released on 30th April through Good Time Music.
