Reunited after more than 30 years and directly on a complete 13-song longplayer: Stephan Georg on the left and Marcus Bone on bass at the time. The picture shows the Oberaussem band Lavatory at their first gig on 31.4.1989 in Kerpen Sindorf, which was also Stephan's live debut. In September they parted ways because Marcus was increasingly leading the band in the death metal direction. As this was not Stephan's profession, he left the band. Now, after 30 years, the paths of the two crossed again purely by chance and the result of the renewed collaboration is worth listening to. In May the longplayer of Treasure Hunt !!! will be released.Martin Brendler and Stephan Georg reunited in a new studio project "Treasure Hunt".Martin Brendler is known as a community officer, book author, as well as the voice of Pantheon, Dragonfly and many other projects in and around Dormagen. He and Stephan Georg recorded a total of five studio albums with the band Tight from 2013-2017, which were well received and well received in the hard rock scene. Together they were regularly active as a tight. Martin Brendler then left the band in early 2018 because he no longer wanted to perform live and handed over the mic to Claudia Mack at Tight.Somehow it was already clear to Martin and Stephan that it would be time again for the two of them to work together creatively again. With Stephan piled up song ideas and guitar riffs that he couldn't possibly use in tight. Martin Brendler, who continues to work on studio projects, spontaneously came up with vocal melodies and lyrics and the result was song by song. During this creative process, Stephan Georg met guitarist and bassist Marcus Bone (ex-Disörder, Ex-Therion (D)) a former companion after 30 years who was so enthusiastic about the material of the two that he gladly accepted the invitation Playing bass. With Martins’s daughter Annika, who is an enthusiastic drummer, “Treasure Hunt” is completed. However, this is a pure studio project. Martin's decision to stay away from the stage remains and Stephan and his bands Tight and Secret Fire are more than enough to ensure that there is no need.
