Wildfire were created in 2019 in Athens (Greece) with a vast knowledge in classic metal not only from each member’s participation in previous bands but they also dedicated themselves to what they know best. Wildire's sound may remind you of bands such as , , , etc where they comfortably switch from American sound to NWOBHM to their music.On September 2021 Wildfire introduced their first EP titled the name of the band which had very good reviews from webzines and fanzines.All this led to Wildfire's win at the National Rock & Metal band Contest which was organized by TV War & Remedy Live Stage on June 2023. After that the band started preparing for their 1st full length album.Few months later the band had the opportunity to open for the legendery NWOBHM band at Kyttaro Live stage with a very passionate crowdWildfire’s goal is to get acquainted with the audience through live performances and the media.Their debut album "Rise" will be released on 7th of March 2025.

"Rise" is the debut album of Greek heavy metallers Wildfire that will be released on March 7, 2025.Their first attempt to express themselves through music, which they themselves, first and foremost, like to listen to.It is an album that despite the high quality, from a technical and performance point of view, is easy to listen to and as it sounds, it will be very interesting in their live performances.The most important features are, the excellent guitar themes, either solos or riffs, the multi-dimensional vocals and the tight instrumentation."Rise" is inspired by the best, classic heavy/power elements of the previous decades, without lacking in modern - contemporary sound.The album starts with "Leap of Faith" a beautiful introduction, which apparently will be the introduction for their live performances, which is inspired by the third Indiana Jones movie.The title song "Rise" follows, with a choral refrain urging everyone to do what they want in life. The melodic song becomes part of us and invites everyone to shout "Rise". Beautiful melody with a stunning solo."Nights" a more glam track, which talks about unrequited love, about what happens at night and stays there. Again, excellent solo with a pleasant musical theme.Navigators is the best track on the album. Very good riff with solo clarinet instead of guitar which fits perfectly with the folk aesthetic combined with the lyrics, referring to the conquerors with an ironic mood make up a unique track."Inside the Box" talks about the system and how much a part of it we are. A power metal track the most dynamic of the album, with a lot of use of keyboards which will become the video clip of the album.In "Breaking Point" we have a beautiful classic riff with a great melody and progressive influence that pushes the listener to take the next step in life.On the seventh song of "Rise", "Mirror's Edge" is the ballad of the album. A power ballad with a nice atmosphere and an amazing solo with a closing inspired by the movie Inception.The lyrics talk about a man looking in the mirror and actually seeing his other self and knowing him through the mirror.The next "Far and Beyond (In Hell)" is another amazing full track, the grooviest of the album with extensive use of keyboards and a beautiful atmospheric bridge, which takes us down to hell.The last bonus track "Night With A Witch", those who follow the band will know it, as it is a re-recording of the track that is on the EP.In general "Rise" is a well crafted and very beautiful album, which will make many people follow and identify with Wildfire, as it is a direct album with personal references and speaks directly to the soul.
