The band ADDICTED was founded in November 2004 by guitarist Dale Trutmann and bassist Jomi Delnon. Shortly afterwards, Mat Fluor joined as lead guitarist and Bojan Mihajlov on drums. Together they shared their passion for metal and began to develop their own style.With the addition of vocalist Nadine, the band was complete and worked intensively on their sound. In 2006, they decided to officially change their name to ADDICTED.A year later, Nadine left the band, but with Pablo Maissen as the new singer and Daniel Freitag on keyboards, ADDICTED not only found a quick replacement, but also expanded their musical horizons. The new line-up contributed significantly to the development of their unique melodic metal sound.In 2008, the band celebrated an important milestone: their self-produced CD ‘Land Full of Secrets’ was christened in front of 1200 enthusiastic fans at the renowned ‘Rock Traunter Rocks’ in Samedan.ADDICTED experienced their biggest highlight to date in 2010, when they performed on the main stage at Fiesta Pagana alongside renowned bands such as Stratovarius, Shakra and Equilibrium.Shortly afterwards, they parted ways with their singer and embarked on an intensive search. In 2011, they finally found a new, suitable voice in Gian Casty.After further successful gigs, Mat Fluor left the band in 2016, whereupon ADDICTED decided to continue playing with just one guitarist from then on.In 2019, Gian Casty left after eight years as vocalist and the search for a replacement began again. In Adrian Krüger, the band not only found a new singer, but also a second guitarist. However, Adrian later decided to concentrate exclusively on guitar, so the band found its final new singer in Daniel Jardim in 2022.Despite the many personnel changes, ADDICTED has continued to evolve and refine its unique, melodic metal sound. With Daniel Jardim as vocalist and Adrian Krüger as second guitarist, the band is stronger today than ever before.The new album Time is Endless was released at the end of February 2025.
