Risen Crow is a heavy / power metal band with gothic dark influences, formed in 2020 in Rome.The idea to create a band emerged when Claudio Vattone, Antonella Della Monica (vocals) and Giuseppe Longo (guitar) met together, united by their passion for metal and the dark tones of gothic music. Claudio, Antonella and Giuseppe met during a local music project that lasted over a year, quickly discovering a strong artistic and personal synergy. Claudio, with his powerful and versatile voice, had always dreamed of forming a band that could express deep emotions through music. Antonella, with a modern training and a penchant for dark atmospheres, brought a melodic and unique dimension. Giuseppe, a guitar virtuoso, completed the initial trio with his technical skill and love for powerful and complex riffs. Their diverse backgrounds contributed to creating an original musical blend. This diversity became one of their strengths, allowing Risen Crow to experiment and fuse various styles while always maintaining a solid foundation in power metal and gothic dark. After months of rehearsals and compositions, the trio began looking for other members to complete the lineup.They were joined by Flavio Cicchetti on bass, Alessandro Bernabei on keyboards, Filippo Martini on drums, and Francesco Menale as the second guitarist. Each new member brought with them a wealth of experiences and influences that further enriched the band's sound.
