LIGHTFOLD is a Greek progressive/power metal band from Athens. Thanasis Labrakis and Theodore Martinis formed the band in the middle of 2012.The line up, first signed to Metal Breed Records in 2013 and debuting their first full length album "Time to Believe" in April 2014, consisted of vocalist Theodore Martinis, rhythm/lead guitarist Thanasis Labrakis, synth/keyboardist Harry Polimeneas, bassist Panagiotis Vavvas, and drummer Eleni Nota.The responding reviews to their debut album "Time to Believe" was very encouraging to the band.From 2014 to 2016 the band participated in several Greek festivals in Athens and Thessaloniki such as Wreck Athens Fest, Under the Quarry Fest, e.t.c.The band's membership has changed several times with Thanasis Labrakis & Harry Polimeneas being the only two constant members since the beginning.LIGHTFOLD recently finished the new, full length concept album, "DeathWalkers", at CFN Recording Studio with Dionisis Christodoulatos as sound engineer. The second album is the first attempt of the band to create a story that shows life and death have meaning more than we can imagine. For this album, they cooperate with live female choral group on 6 tracks of the album, Margarita Papadimitriou, Christina Alexiou, and Sofia Karvouna .
