What else is there to say, whence presented with such a freshly rocking breath of heavy metal air; namely, Lima, Peru's gal-fronted Natthammer - supported by stalwart rockers of various creeds and denominations, insofar as live/studio support is concerned - whose 2024 full-length album simply slays with its heartfelt poignancy, magnificently nuanced vocals and mercurially ripping musicianship of hardy, heady rock/traditional heavy metal consistency.Mixing anthem-based, fist-pumping overtures akin to Riot, V2 (of teutonic repute, from days of old), and Spain's Leather Heart, Natthammer rocks in such a gripping way, that even now, am riding pink cloud inherent to its discovery - a cumulonimbus of pure, unbridled and festive, at times, mournful or contemplative spirit, whilst also expounding on merits of its eight unique head bop-ers entailing acoustic...so, bear with me, please, as I attempt to do justice, without sounding like a gleeful, album fellating fanboy.Dealing with issues ranging between death, fighting, heartbreak and overcoming adversity, front woman Fátima del Carmen aka Natthammer's voice is startlingly superior in every way, compared to her rather dyed-in-the-wool.Very good album !!
