Press outlets included NEWS CHINA, Canada’s biggest rock-portal BRAVEWORDS, the MUSIKWOCHE (Germany’s most important professional journal), and A&R Worldwide, the global public relations network from Los Angeles.The New Roses have several musical influences to include B.B. King, Chuck Berry, AC/DC, Kid Rock, Bruce Springsteen, Rose Tattoo, Aerosmith, Metallica, and The Black Crowes. But as you will hear for yourself, their style is all their own. Their unique sound was recognized internationally when their debut album’s title track ``Without A Trace`` was featured on the popular US television series ``SONS OF ANARCHY`` and was selected as the official song for the German trailer campaign.Following the album release (02-26-2016) the band will tour extensively through Europe.

That's rock'n'roll baby. German band The New Roses released their new album "Without a trace". This is their debut album after they released already an EP in December 2012. Their sound is influenced by Aerosmith and The Black Crowes. But they don't copy those bands. The New Roses create their own sound and use the mentioned bands just as inspiration."Devils toys" is an excellent opener. This is a straight forward rock'n'roll song. Fast and dirty. Good guitars and a catchy melody. Exactly what is needed to get into the right mood. Listening to this song just makes life good. "Still got my rock'n'roll", "More than a flower" and "Gimme your love" go into the same direction. At "My hate survives" nomen et omen. This is a heavy monster with some special voice effects. Cool. But the album contains also midtempo tracks like "2nd 1st time" and "She's gone". This songs have a great groove. With "Has anybody seen my mind" and "For a while" the album has also two ballads, which are catchy, but they are not full of cliche.I was often reminded to Bon Jovi (in times when they were good) and Aerosmith. This is a cool soundtrack for a cabrio ride into the sunset. It's worth to give it a chance.
